Li SA ROTHFUSS

I photograph people as if I were meeting them for the very first time
With the eyes of beeing from a distant star, I look at them in wonder:
their quirks, their beauty, their quiet greatness.
I take a step back to see them in their entirety
and come close enough for trust to emerge.
In that space between distance and closeness,
masks can fall away. Doubts grow quieter.
All that remains is the human being.
